Get ready to experience the magic of the holidays like never before! The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is thrilled to present the 30th annual Lights on the Bay holiday light show, a beloved tradition that brings joy to thousands of families every year. Kicking off on November 24, 2024, and running through January 1, 2025, this dazzling event takes place at the beautiful Sandy Point State Park, where a two-mile scenic drive along the Chesapeake Bay comes to life with approximately 70 animated and stationary light displays.
This year, our displays are more spectacular than ever! From festive holiday designs to lights that celebrate our historic Annapolis, there's something to enchant every visitor. Don’t miss the chance to see Santa’s North Pole train station light up the night—it’s sure to leave you and your loved ones in awe.
What to Expect:
- Family Fun: Lights on the Bay is perfect for all ages! Kids can join in on a nightly scavenger hunt, searching for hidden items within the displays, answering fun questions, and even entering a drawing to win exciting prizes.

- Flexible Hours: The show is open every night, including holidays. Visit us Sunday-Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM, or Friday & Saturday from 5 PM to 10 PM.
